This guide walks you through every section of Account Settings—how to verify your identity with KYC documents, enable two-factor authentication, manage your payment methods (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and bank transfers), and handle withdrawals securely. We prioritize your data safety and give you transparent control over what information we collect and how we use it.

Account Basics and Profile Information

When you first open your nwdb account, you enter an email address and create a password. This is your login credential. Next, we ask for your legal name, date of birth, phone number, and current address. We use these details for identity verification and to comply with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering regulations.

In Account Settings, you can update your email, phone number, and address anytime. If you move to a new city—say from Medan to Semarang—simply update your address in Account Settings. We verify address changes as part of our ongoing KYC process. Your legal name and date of birth cannot be changed after account creation, as these are tied to your identity verification documents.

Your profile also shows your account creation date and current verification status. Once you've submitted your KYC documents (national ID, proof of address, and a selfie), we review and approve them within a few hours to one business day. Until your account is verified, you cannot make withdrawals, though you can still deposit and play live-dealer tables or sportsbook games.

We display a verification badge next to your username once your KYC is complete. This badge confirms to support staff that your account has passed our identity checks and is in good standing.

Know Your Customer (KYC) and Document Verification

KYC verification is a legal requirement across most gaming platforms. On nwdb, we ask for:

  • National ID or passport: A clear photo of both sides (or front and back). We verify the document's validity and match it to your account details.
  • Proof of address: A utility bill, rental agreement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months. Your name and address must match your account profile.
  • Selfie with ID: A photo of you holding your national ID next to your face. This confirms you are the account holder.

You upload these documents via the mobile app or web browser in Account Settings under "Verification." We use encrypted connections and secure storage to protect your documents. Our verification team reviews submissions during business hours and notifies you of approval or rejection via email within 24 hours.

Why we need your documents

KYC protects both you and nwdb. It prevents fraud, money laundering, and underage access. Your verified account is eligible for higher withdrawal limits and faster processing times.

Security Settings: Password and Two-Factor Authentication

Your password is your first line of defence. We recommend a strong password—at least 12 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. You can change your password anytime in Account Settings under "Security." Enter your current password, then set your new one. Password changes take effect immediately.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection. Once enabled, logging in from a new device requires a code we send to your registered email or phone number. You enter this code on the login screen before accessing your account. Even if someone obtains your password, they cannot log in without the 2FA code.

Login history: review all active sessions and devices.

In Account Settings, you can also view your login history. This shows every time you've accessed your account, including the device type, browser, location (approximate, based on IP), and timestamp. If you spot an unfamiliar login, you can revoke that session immediately, forcing the other user to log out.

Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your registered email. Click it, set a new password, and log back in. The reset link expires after 24 hours for security.

Managing Payment Methods on nwdb

In Account Settings, your "Payment Methods" section lists all linked deposit and withdrawal accounts. We accept six major Indonesia-region payment options:

  • DANA: Digital wallet; subject to verification, fast withdrawals.
  • e-wallet: QR-based payments; synced to your mobile banking account.
  • local payment: Mobile wallet integrated with the online payment app.
  • e-wallet: Shopee ecosystem wallet.
  • mobile banking: Universal QR-code standard; works with multiple banks and wallets.
  • Bank transfers: Direct account links to local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking.

To add a payment method, click "Add Payment Method" in Account Settings. Select the payment type, follow the authentication prompts (usually a one-time login to local payment, online payment, or your bank), and confirm. Once linked, you can deposit or withdraw using that method. We never store your banking credentials; we only retain the authorization token.

You can link multiple payment methods, but withdrawals always go to the method you used for deposit. If you deposited via e-wallet, your first withdrawal must also go to mobile banking (or a linked account). This symmetry prevents fraud and simplifies reconciliation.

Deposits and Withdrawals Through Account Settings

To deposit, go to Account Settings → "Wallet" or "Deposit." Select your payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. The nwdb system redirects you to your bank or wallet app to authorize the transaction. Once authorized, funds appear in your nwdb balance within seconds to a few minutes, depending on the method and network load.

Withdrawals follow the same path but in reverse. Go to Account Settings → "Withdrawal," select your payment method, enter the amount (subject to any minimum or maximum limits), and confirm. We review your withdrawal request for fraud detection and verification compliance. Typical processing times are:

  • Digital wallets (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking): Immediate to a few minutes.
  • local payment: A few minutes to an hour.
  • Bank transfer: One to three business days, depending on your bank.

If your account is newly verified or flagged for review, we may temporarily hold your first withdrawal for an additional security check. This typically takes 24 hours. We'll notify you via email of any delays.

Notifications and Communication Preferences

nwdb sends you notifications about account activity, new features, and special offers. In Account Settings, you control what you receive. You can toggle:

  • Account security alerts (login from new device, failed password attempts)
  • Deposit and withdrawal confirmations
  • Promotional offers and bonus announcements
  • League and fixture reminders (Liga 1, Piala AFF, live-dealer table openings)
  • Transaction receipts and account statements

We send notifications via email by default. If you enable SMS notifications, we can also text you for urgent alerts (e.g., suspicious login attempts). You can disable all notifications except critical security alerts, which we always reserve the right to send.

Gaming History and Transaction Records

Account Settings includes a detailed history of your gaming activity. You can filter by date range, game type (live-dealer tables, sportsbook, slots), and transaction type (bet, win, deposit, withdrawal). Each entry shows the amount, timestamp, and game or event name.

This history serves two purposes: it helps you track your spending and gaming patterns, and it provides transparency for dispute resolution. If you believe a transaction was incorrect, you can reference your history when contacting support.

Data Privacy and Information Handling

We collect personal data to verify your identity, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with gaming regulations. Your data includes your name, ID number, address, phone, email, banking details, and gaming history. We encrypt this data in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law or to process your transactions (e.g., your bank needs your account details to settle a withdrawal).

For full details, review our Privacy PolicyYou can also request a copy of all data we hold about you by contacting support. We comply with applicable data protection laws.

Account Closure and Data Retention

To close your nwdb account, go to Account Settings → "Account Closure." We ask for a reason (optional) and confirm your intent. Once closed, your account is deactivated—you cannot log in, place bets, or play tables. Your balance is returned to your registered payment method within standard processing times.

We retain your account data for a minimum of 5 years to comply with gaming and financial regulations. After that, we securely delete or anonymize your personal information. If you need to retrieve historical data before closure, download your transaction report first.

Common Account Settings Issues

If you cannot access Account Settings, try:

  • Log out completely and log back in with your updated password.
  • Clear your browser cache or reinstall the mobile app.
  • Check that you are not in airplane mode or a low-connectivity area.
  • Verify that 2FA is working if you recently enabled it—check your email or SMS for the verification code.

If your account has been flagged for review (usually due to suspicious activity or failed verification), you cannot access most Account Settings options until the review is complete. We notify you via email with next steps. Contact support if you need to expedite the process.
